• Free pick-up is available at specified stores in Hong Kong except hamper orders.
• The pick up location CANNOT be changed after confirmation.
• For online orders of cake, chocolate and lifestyle items, the earliest pick up time of confirmed order (WITH SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT) before 6pm is 2 days after.
• Extra preparation day for pick up will be needed if the payment is made after 6pm.
