How to order?
- Choose the floral size you prefer and click into the product page.
- Select a theme you like and decide the delivery schedule and frequency.
- Add into the cart and checkout with your shipping address
- The order may be canceled if we failed to contact the customer by phone.
Shipping
- Free delivery.
- Deliveries will be on the same day of week/month based on your selected schedule. Please ensure the delivery day on your first order is the correct day that you wish to receive your flowers each week/ two weeks/ month.
- If the date is a public holiday, the delivery will fall on the next day.
Payment method
- The term of installment will be according to your subscription plan (weekly/ every other weeks/ monthly).
- We accept different payment methods in below:
- Credit Card : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay
Cancellation, return and refund
- Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no cancellation or changes will be accepted. All flowers sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Remarks
- The floral components of subscription service varies depending on florist's arrangements based on selected theme.
- As flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown in the photo reference. The final product may consist of different types or colors of flowers.
- Due to a large number of orders, we cannot take photos of every flower arrangement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Promotions are not applicable to flower subscription.
