1. Choose the floral size you prefer and click into the product page.
2. Select a theme you like and decide the delivery frequency.
3. Add into the cart and pick your first delivery date.
4. Checkout with your shipping address

• The order may be canceled if we failed to contact the customer by phone.
  

• Free delivery.
• Deliveries will be on the same day of week/month based on your selected schedule. Please ensure the delivery day on your first order is the correct day that you wish to receive your flowers each week/ two weeks/ month.
• If the date is a public holiday, the delivery will fall on the next day.

We accept different payment methods in below:

• Credit Card : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay

• Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no cancellation or changes will be accepted. All flowers sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• The floral components of subscription service varies depending on florist's arrangements based on selected theme.
• As flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown in the photo reference. The final product may consist of different types or colors of flowers. 
• Due to a large number of orders, we cannot take photos of every flower arrangement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Promotions are not applicable to flower subscription.
