Delivery / Pick Up
For the online orders of cake, chocolate and lifestyle items, customers will need to pick-up at stores. Only flower orders are offered delivery services at certain charges (based on specified location).
1. Pick Up
For the online orders of cake, chocolate and lifestyle items
- The earliest pick up time of confirmed order (WITH SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT) before 6pm is 2 days after.
- Extra preparation day for pick up will be needed if the payment is made after 6pm.
For the online orders of flower
- The preparation and cut off time varies for the flower items. Please refer to the product page.
- Collect in Hong Kong shops only.
- You can choose the pick-up location and time upon checkout.
- Please be reminded that the pick up location CANNOT be changed after confirmation.
2. Delivery (Flower orders only)
Delivery service is available upon spending HK$1,200 net or above per transaction. Delivery charge varies to the delivery location.
- You can choose the delivery time upon checkout.
- Please be reminded that the shipping address CANNOT be changed after confirmation.
- Typhoon 8 and above & Black Rainstorm Signal: The flowers will be delivered on the next available day.
3. Delivery fee
- Hong Kong : $180
- Kowloon : $180
- New Territories : $180
(Specific Islands and Remote Area excluded) - Specific Islands and Remote Area : $350
Specific Islands - Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, Disneyland, Ma Wan
Remote areas - Tuen Mun, Tai Lam, Ting Kau / Sham Tseng, Tin Shui Wan, Kam Tin, Yuen Long
FOR VALENTINE'S DAY COLLECTION
- Hong Kong : $250
- Kowloon : $350
- New Territories : $350
- Specific Islands and Remote Area : $600

- Promotions are not applicable to delivery cost.
- Delivery service is not available to all borders, restricted areas and outlying islands including Ping Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island.
- Charge is for one delivery only. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to 1. the sender’s provision of incorrect or incomplete information 2. the receiver not being at the address provided (moved, out of town etc) 3. the concierge unwilling to sign for the order. Once the second delivery charge has been paid, we will deliver the order on the next available date.
