Frequently asked question

  • Please add your favorite items into the cart and check-out. 
  • The order may be canceled if we failed to contact the customer by phone.
  • For floral items, only specific collection will be offered in Valentine's Day period.
  • Customers will need to pick-up at a specified store in Hong Kong. 
  • For online orders of cake, chocolate and lifestyle items, the earliest pick up time of online order (with payment) before 6pm is 3 days after.
  • Only flower orders (upon spending HK$900 net or above per transaction) are offered delivery services at certain charges which vary to the delivery location. Regarding the preparation and order cut off time, please refer to the product page.

  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no cancellation or changes will be accepted. All flowers sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Photo is for reference only.
  • Promotions are not applicable to seasonal items such as Valentine’s Day, delivery cost, charge of shopping bag and message card.
  • The cake message plaque, flower message card and pick up location CANNOT be changed after confirmation.
  • As flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown in the photo reference. The final product may consist of different types or colors of flowers within the bouquet. 
  • Shopping bag is mandatory for Love Goes On, Flower Box and Wedding products.
