  • If the date is a public holiday, the delivery will fall on the next day.
  • Put the flowers without packaging into the vase.
  • Trim the flower feet and change the water every day.
  • Depending on the weather and storage location,
    flowers can be stored for 2-4 days
  • The storage place needs to avoid sunlight and cool.

  • The order may be canceled if we failed to contact the customer by phone.
  • Free delivery.

  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no cancellation or changes will be accepted. All flowers sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • The floral components of subscription service varies depending on florist's arrangements based on selected theme.
  • As flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown in the photo reference. The final product may consist of different types or colors of flowers. 
  • Due to a large number of orders, we cannot take photos of every flower arrangement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Promotions are not applicable to flower subscription.
