- We will contact the participants to rescehulde the date if the workshop can not be formed.
- By registering for our workshops you understand that your seat will be reserved only upon receipt of full payment by the due date.
- Please arrive promptly to all classes. Classes must start on time so as to not cause inconvenience other students or delay other classes. Should you arrive after the allocated starting time you understand that our teacher may not be able to repeat content and no refunds or partial refunds will be given.
- Person(s) who have not enrolled in the course are not allowed to stay in the class. Otherwise, the person(s) will be asked to leave or be charged the full price of the class.
- The workshop will be suspended when a storm warning signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force before the scheduled class. We will contact the participants to rearrange their workshop date.
- Due to the high demand for workshops, no refunds or exchanges can be offered once payment is received.
- Agnès b.HK Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to low response rate. In the event of cancellation, our staff will contact the participants 2 days in advance via email or phone. We will offer an upcoming available workshop as substitution.
- If the workshop must be canceled for any reason; a full refund will be given for the workshop amount only. We are not liable for any travel, or other expenses associated with attending the workshop.
